Enrollment Verification

Enrollment verifications may be required for employers, insurance companies, scholarship agencies, housing providers, military benefits, or other organizations.

Students who need an enrollment verification letter should complete the Enrollment Verification Request form.

Degree Verification

Degree verification confirms that a degree or certificate has been awarded by ºÚÁÏÉç.

Many employers and organizations verify degree information through the National Student Clearinghouse. If a customized verification letter is required, contact Admissions & Records.

If you applied to ºÚÁÏÉç but never enrolled and need proof of non-attendance, complete the Enrollment Verification Request form and submit it to Admissions & Records.

Do not order a transcript for non-attendance verification.

National Student Clearinghouse

Many enrollment and degree verifications are completed through the National Student Clearinghouse. Employers and organizations requesting verification may be directed to the National Student Clearinghouse when appropriate.
